About ICSR

ICSR was formed by Kenneth Underhill in 2017 to provide insurance firms with an alternative to the traditional consultancy model. The firm comprises a mix of full-time staff and consultants, all of whom have significant experience working ‘in-house’ for insurance businesses. We provide advisory and resourcing for our clients across a range of areas including governance, risk, compliance, underwriting controls, operations, IT, HR, actuarial, claims, complaints and project management. Our team are available to support clients on a flexible basis, reflecting the need of clients to be able to secure advice and support on specific issues or matters or short, medium and longer term resources whilst retaining flexibility.
