ICSR is delighted to announce the appointment of Iain Bremner as Non-Executive Director with effect from 1st April 2022. Iain has significant board-level experience across the London and International insurance markets, undertaking numerous different approved person roles. He has helped set and drive the agenda at board level for a range of different businesses.
Iain will work alongside director Kenneth Underhill and the wider ICSR senior leadership team as they seek to deliver continued growth in the business. He will provide support on the development and delivery of our strategy as ICSR seeks to cement its place as one of the leading boutique advisory firms offering services to regulated insurance firms seeking to do business in the UK market.

Iain Bremner is Independent Non-Executive Chairman of Capita Managing Agency Ltd and a trustee of the charity, My Black Dog, which offers peer-to-peer support for people who are struggling with their mental health. He has worked in the insurance market for over 35 years, helping to capitalise and manage numerous Lloyd’s syndicates. He acted in an advisory capacity to the Corporation of Lloyd’s as part of its CEO Advisory Board, supporting the Corporation in developing its strategy for Brexit.
