Roanne is an experienced leader with a wealth of experience in the Finance and Insurance industry. Having started as temporary administration assistant at a global insurance broker in 2012, Roanne’s career path led her to become one of the top 100 leaders at a leading global insurer and a nominee for both the 2021 Women in Insurance awards and the 2022 Black British Business Awards.
Roanne is an analytical and personable individual who has a strong reputation for delivering well considered perspectives and high-quality results at a pace, specifically in her previous Underwriting, Project Management, Strategic Execution and Operations roles.
