He has a proven ability to design and implement transformational HR business solutions across Global & International environments helping firms deliver growth, mergers & acquisitions, integration and business turnaround scenarios. His experience includes the integration of multiple globally acquired organisations comprising many thousands of employees, delivering million dollar annual savings through organisation re-design and focus, as well as the realignment of a regulated Lloyds Insurance company and the delivery of cultural change programmes. More recently, Steve has developed a specific interest and expertise in the use of Artificial Intelligence in HR scenarios.

He is an experienced executive committee member, FCIPD qualified and speaks Spanish to an intermediate level.
