Temporary Resourcing Requirements
We are currently looking to assist a number of clients who have temporary resourcing requirements in the legal, compliance and regulatory fields. We use our network of contacts in this sector to help clients identify suitable candidates, rather than acting as a traditional recruitment consultant. This service compliments the experienced talent pool of consultants engaged by ICSR that focus on providing advice and resources from very senior and experienced people. We help our clients to identify suitable temporary candidates so that they are able to continue to manage their businesses efficiently and effectively whilst they use traditional routes to fill any full-time roles. At present, we are assisting clients looking for the following:
Company Secretary
This is a temporary six month role for a senior company secretary with an international insurance group of companies which has a presence in Lloyd’s. There are a number of companies and all the usual committees which require company secretarial support. It will involve management of a small team.
Head of Legal and Compliance
This is a potential six to twelve month role for a Lloyd’s syndicate required to deal with both the day to day requirements of the role and a number of outstanding regulatory issues.
Conduct Risk Manager
This is a potential twelve month role for a Lloyd’s syndicate with a book of consumer lines business. The role will require the ability to deal with complaints.
Binding Authority Portfolio Manager
This is a potential twelve month role for a UK book of business requiring someone to oversee the portfolio and ensure appropriate premium, claims and complaints handling.
