The Client’s Needs
The client was a UK MGA subsidiary of a large German Insurer. As it transformed itself from monoline to a consumer facing business the client needed to review its’ Business Continuity Plans and Disaster Recovery Plans ahead of the change and introduction of Operational Resilience.
ICSR was engaged to assist.
ICSR’s Solution
ICSR provided the following:
- A Business Impact Assessment; and
- A client service focused Business Continuity Plan.
Both documents were created as bespoke solutions and in line with the wider Group’s arrangements.
Resources Deployed
A member of the Talent Pool with specialist experience in Compliance and Business Continuity Plans was deployed and a director of ICSR oversaw the work and was responsible for quality control.
Client Outcome
ICSR delivered a bespoke Business Continuity Plan in the timescale requested by the client.
