We’re delighted to announce that Steve Hutchins has joined us full-time as a Senior HR Consultant. Steve has been working with us, as part of our Talent Pool, for some time now and with the increasing demand for HR-related services to support our compliance work, has joined the team full-time.
A former Global Human Resources Director with a strong track record in leading Financial Services organisations operating internationally, in London and in the Lloyd’s market, Steve has a proven ability to design and implement transformational HR business solutions across Global & International environments helping firms deliver growth, mergers & acquisitions, integration and business turnaround scenarios.
Steve will focus on further enhancing the HR services ICSR provides to clients, across the three core areas of:
- Advisory and Training, including operating model development and support with matters relating to non-financial misconduct, which has been a particular area of focus for Steve in recent times;
- Transformation, with issues such as mergers and acquisitions, bifurcations, divestures and outsourcing programmes amongst others; and
- Resourcing support, supporting clients with resourcing on an ad-hoc or retainer basis.
Steve is part of our wider Operations function, under the leadership of Operations Director Benoit Steulet.
